From Paleo to Keto: Finding Solid Ground

Back when my journey began, I stumbled upon the Paleo diet, guided by the wisdom of Robb Wolf. It was like rekindling an ancient connection with the foods our ancestors thrived on. This shift brought balance to my body, helping me regain harmony and vitality. The magic of nutrient-dense whole foods was undeniable, and I felt like I had discovered a secret garden of healing.

With the Keto diet, I shed those extra pounds, watched my blood sugar stabilize, and revelled in newfound vitality. It was like a dance of ketones and fat, and I felt like I was on top of the world.

It’s like finding that sweet spot between the energy boost of carbs and the focus of ketones. My workouts thrived, and my adrenals whispered gratitude as I embraced complex carbs.
