6 chicken drumsticks (or any chicken)
1/4 cup avocado oil (olive works too)
1/2 cup gluten free soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (GF if you can get it)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cayenne pepper (more if you can handle it!)
1/2 tsp black pepper
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the chicken.
- Place the chicken and the marinade in a glass sealable container, place the lid on and shake well .
- Store in the refridgerator over-night.
- BBQ and enjoy!
Note: You can oven bake these too. 350 for 40 minutes turning once (or until cooked and crispy)
